What is included in the registration fee?
In-Person Participants:
- Publication of the paper in the EUROCALL 2024 conference short papers
- Admission to all sessions
- Welcome coffee and Coffee breaks
- Attendance at Get Together Party (Monday evening)
- Guided tour of the Trnava historical centre (Tuesday evening)
- Attendance certificates
Online Participants:
- Publication of the paper in the EUROCALL 2024 conference short papers
- Admission to all sessions
- Attendance certificates
- Shipment of conference materials
Payment Information
To pay the registration fee, the author will be sent an invoice via e-mail.
1 Submit your registration form.
2 You will receive the invoice (invoices are typically issued within three business days).
3 Pay your conference fee (based on information in the invoice). Please use the invoice number as the payment reference number (variable symbol).
Cancellation Policy
Refunds and cancellations must be requested in writing (payments@eurocall2024.eu) before the 31st of July, 2024. There is a 60 € service charge for refunds on registrations. Bank taxes must be paid by the participants. Otherwise, the amount will be added to the service charge for refunds. Cancellations after the 1st of August 2024 are nonrefundable.
